1. Don’t Over-Exfoliate
Okay I’m not gonna lie, I have been guilty of over exfoliating. Why? I think many of us think or believed that if we exfoliate a lot that we will get soft and healthy skin. But that is the total opposite! If we exfoliate too much it can actually break you out because you are stripping your skin from its essential oils and it can actually dehydrate it.
