So these past few weeks were a lot harder than I expected. I find that in order to succeed I have to make an effort to plan things out. When I don’t plan things out, and don’t go thru with my workouts I can see it, feel it and end up not having much energy (and feel chubby lol)
Okay so here is a recap…Unfortunately I got injured and wasn’t able to do Kettlebell for a few weeks. Which really sucked, because you all know how much I love and enjoy Kettlebell. I feel like I see the most results when I do Kettlebell. But like with everything else in life, you have to be consistent in order to see results. Last week was my first time back and it felt great!!
We also went out on a weekend trip to Seattle. We did a lot of walking! But also a lot of eating! When I am on vacation I try not to obsess too much about eating healthy, but I try not to go crazy either.
Okay, you’re probably thinking I just threw a bunch of excuses at you. I kinda did.
So from my last update I only lost 1lb. Yep. Just 1. Well, at least I didn’t gain right? 😀 However, I lost a total of 2 inches! So, that is great!
As a mom, I feel like I have less time on my hands to workout. Honestly, losing weight hasn’t been my priority. My daughter is my priority. I’d so much rather spend time with her than go workout. That’s not to say that I don’t love working out … I do, it is just a different kind of love. Ha! It was not a super successful few weeks, but I plan on kicking butt the next couple of weeks and stay focused on the price! Spring and summer are coming which means less clothing layers…so yeah, can’t wait to be able to rock cute shorts and summer dresses again! Weee!
What are some of the challenges you face when it comes to being healthy?
